Page size and borders:

A4 portrait size, normal page layout. Borders: top, bottom, left and right 2.5 cm each.

Text header: Font (Times New Roman)

1. Title: All caps14 pt, bold, centered.

2. Author: position, scientific degree, first name surname - regular letters 12 pt, bold, centered.

4. Summary: 12 pt, italic, double-sided aligned text (justified).

5. Keywords: (up to 10 pcs.) 12 pt, italic, double-sided text (Justified)

Requirement: The information under items 1,2,3,4,5 must be translated into English and formatted in the same way as the Bulgarian text. If the main text is in English, the text in the header is allowed to be in English only.

Main text:

1. Regular letters, 12 pt, double-sided text (Justified). First line offset 1.25. Line spacing 1.15.

2. Bullet and Section Headings, 12 pt (bold)

3. In a text in Bulgarian, typographic quotation marks should be used with opening lower and closing upper (" "), and the symbol ("-") should be used as a hyphen

4. For tables and figures, a font of at least 10 pt. The table number is right-aligned, the name is centered on the table itself above it. For the figures, their number and name are combined, centered on the figure and placed below it. Tables and shapes should be saved in a format that allows editing.

5. Formulas and equations should be written through the Equation editor. Each equation must be represented on a separate line of the text with 1 line above and below it. The equations must be numbered sequentially (...) with the numbers right-centered, as shown in the example.

References and citations of literary sources in the text:

The references do not quote the exact words of the authors, but only his idea.

For example:

As a result of the literature study carried out (Parkins, 1990), the corrosion cracking of live pipelines is defined as... or according to Parkins (1990), the corrosion cracking of live pipelines is defined as...

When quoting, the exact words of the authors are given. The following options are eligible:

1. Footnote – indicate the name of the author, the name of the publication, the publisher, the year and page of the cited text. It can be done by page, by chapter or for the entire document.

2. Quotation in the text itself with a reference to the list of references (bibliography) at the end of the written work. In the text, a digit with the serial number(s) of the publication shall be marked in straight brackets. Citations of the type: last name of the author(s), year of publication and page can also be used.

For example: [12]; [12, 34, 89]; [Ivanov, 2011, 87] and [Ivanov and Petrov, 2011, 87].

References:

In "References" all sources are numbered and described at the end of the article in alphabetical order by the surnames of the authors, starting with the editions in Cyrillic, then in Latin. The names of the authors are in inversion (the surname is written first). A comma is used to separate the names, and the & symbol is used to write the last name. It is advisable to arrange the sources as follows: books, articles and studies, reports of scientific conferences, normative documents and, finally, Internet sources.
